The Stearns County Sheriff's Office says that they located the four children that have been missing since Labor Day weekend.

Officials had asked for the public's help locating the four children and their parents. Authorities had been worried about the children's welfare as there was an existing no-contact order that prevented their father from being around their mother.

Last Thursday, the sheriff's office says it had located the four children in St. Cloud. Officials had reportedly spoke with both parents. It is not known whether the parents and children were together at the time.

Robert Herrington has been the subject of a Domestic Abuse No Contact Order. He has been barred from having contact with his Erika Herrington.
