The man involved in the attempted robbery and taking of hostages last week in St. Cloud is reportedly in custody of Federal Marshals.

Ray Reco McNeary, 35, of St. Cloud, was taken into custody on Wednesday by Federal Marshals for the attempted bank robbery and taking of hostages at the Wells Fargo Bank in St. Cloud last week.

He was taken to the Sherburne County's federal holding facility.

Officials say that McNeary threatened the hostages last Thursday and held a scissors to the neck of at least one hostage during the ordeal.

A judge on Monday had set bail at $1 million.  He was charged with aggravated robbery, kidnapping and assault.
