Authorities in Yellow Medicine County say that three people have been injured in a two-car crash on Wednesday.

The crash took place on Highway 75 at County Road 4, about seven miles northeast of Canby. A car driven by Rissa Hansen, 26, of Dayton was reportedly eastbound on County Road 4 and collided with a car that was traveling southbound on Highway 75.

Authorities say that Hansen was taken to the Canby Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.  The along driver of the other vehicle, Joyce Shepherd, 53, of Marietta and her 17-year-old passenger were also taken to the Canby Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
