Authorities say that one person has been injured in a crash late last week in Pope County.

The crash took place at the intersection of Highway 117 and Highway 28 in Starbuck.  According to the report, Bernard Freske, 85, of Starbuck was traveling northbound on Highway 114 when he went through the intersection at Highway 28, hitting an SUV driven by Brandon Amy, 42, of Princeton.

Amy’s passenger, Kimberly Amy, 41, of Princeton, was taken to Glacier Ridge Hospital in Glenwood with non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities say that neither driver was injured in the crash.
