The Minnesota Vikings have signed nose tackle Michael Pierce to a three-year deal.

The deal is expected to be worth $27 million over three seasons.  Pierce spent his first four seasons in Baltimore and played in 60 games for the Ravens including 27 starts.

Pierce was an undrafted free agent out of Samford. He has 151 tackles and 3 1/2 sacks during his time in the NFL.

Former Vikings nose tackle Linval Joseph was released by the Vikings earlier this week and was signed by the L.A. Chargers.
