The Minnesota Vikings got their first win of the season on Sunday with a win on the road against the Houston Texas 31-23.

It was another nail bitter as Houston cut the lead to 8 with about six minutes left in the game.  Houston had another scoring chance with just 1:10 left in the game as wide receiver Will Fuller made a great catch to cut the lead to two.  However, a review of the play determined that the ball hit the ground before Fuller gained full control of the ball disallowing the touchdown.

Vikings running back Dalvin Cook ran for 130 yards with two touchdowns to help lead the team to the victory.

Minnesota improves to 1-3.  Houston falls to 0-4.

The Vikings will travel to Seattle to take on the 4-0 Seahawks next Sunday night at 7:20 p.m.
