Prairie’s Edge Casino Resort in Granite Falls has reopened.  The entertainment venue reopened Monday at noon.

Prairie’s Edge General Manager Barry Joannides says “the decision to reopen has been made with much consideration for the health and safety of our valued guests and team members.” He said the facility will implement measures that exceed all safety guidelines to reopen.

The hotel and casino opened with a variety of restrictions in place. Only specified, signed entrances and exits are open. Guests entering the property were required to have their temperature taken with a non-invasive thermometer.

The casino is owned and operated by the Upper Sioux Community.
