(Bemidji, MN)--A man from northern Minnesota is facing charges after he allegedly narrowly avoided hitting people on a sidewalk during a parade.   The incident took place during a Bemidji parade last week.

Authorities say Fisher Jambor, 26, Bemidji, also sideswiped a vehicle during the Night We Light Parade, last Friday.  Jambor's blood alcohol content was reportedly over three times the legal limit.

He is charge with hone count of second-degree DWI. If convicted, he faces up to one year in prison and/or up to a $3,000 fine.

He made his initial court appearance Monday morning.
