A new study from Wallethub shows that Minnesota is one of the best places in the country to raise a family.

With around 11% of Americans having moved during the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic, the personal-finance website WalletHub recently released its report on 2022's Best & Worst States to Raise a Family.

WalletHub compared the 50 states across 51 key indicators of family-friendliness. Those include: annual income to housing affordability, to the unemployment rate.   Minnesota came in at number four on the list just behind Massachusetts at number one followed by New York, Vermont, and then Minnesota.  Nebraska rounded out the top five.

North Dakota came in at number nine while South Dakota was number 15.

Coming in last was Mississippi.
